Give your child a positive place to move, learn, and grow. Rolling Bear’s age-based kids BJJ classes develop coordination, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and practical self-defense through structured coaching and real fun on the mats.

A place for every age
Children learn best when the expectations, movements, and class pace fit their stage of development. Our three kids programs create a comfortable place to begin and a clear path forward.

What children practice
Kids BJJ gives children physical challenges they can solve with technique, patience, and coaching. Progress is not only about learning moves—it is also about listening, trying again, working with partners, and staying composed when something feels difficult.
Built for families
Our coaches create a structured environment where children are expected to learn safely, treat partners with respect, and contribute positively to the class.
Each group receives instruction and expectations suited to its age range. Coaches break techniques into manageable steps and reinforce skills through guided repetition.
